It is undoubtedly a well presented option when you are in Brighton. The staff is amicable, efficient. The room is recently refurbished and well-stocked with a comfy bed and pillows. Plus, the location is marvellous and perfect, minutes from an exotic palace.
As we remember, there was no breakfast.

For a 3 star hotel everything was brand-new, I enjoyed to be here. The staff were responsible, the location was good and unbeatable. Didn't like when it was very windy outside, went to Curry Leaf Cafe to relax and grab some food. My stay was nice here.

The breakfast is very very good, and the location is excellent just off the pier and shops, the beach and the pier, and Brighton seafront. The rooms are newly remodelled and good sized and the bathrooms are perfectly clean.

The hotel is perfect and overall clean, nestled in a neat building with magnificent view of the sea. The staff are affable and amicable. The rooms are compact and they have a work desk, a multi-channel television and a sitting area. The location is marvellous, just a short walk away from West Pier. Would stay here again when I travel to Brighton.

The rooms are a nice size and recently refurbished and have great view of the ocean. The bed is very clean, slept really good. The setting is perfect, very close to centre of Brighton, Brighton Pier, and the beachfront, lovely quiet area. Need to be mentioned that there were a great selection of restaurants to eat, like Muang Thai Restaurant that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Enjoyed this nicely presented and excellent value hotel, easy to find. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and attentive. I had a very good breakfast. It had central location close to a grand old Edwardian pier. And the area was lovely quiet, really close to the city centre and the beach as well as a lovely quiet area. The stay was excellent.

Everything was excellent, very amiable staff, magnificent views of the sea. The room was newly remodelled and airy, included fairly clean bathroom. The bed was very clean as expected. It was in the central location close to a music venue which is the reason we stayed. There was Sawadee Thai Restaurant very close to the hotel. All in all - we loved this place & would come here again.
